Whole House Inspection
- 2000 sq ft or less = $200
- 2000 sq ft – 2500 sq ft = $225
- 2500 sq ft – 3000 sq ft = $250
- 3000 sq ft or more = $275
* Multi unit properties are $300 for two units and $75 per additional unit
* Crawl spaces and basements (when not included in living space) = add $25
* Additional charge for homes outside of Greene and Montgomery counties
The whole house inspection provides a very detailed overview of the home, to include, but not limited to: plumbing, electric, roof, furnace, air conditioning, foundation, interior and exterior components (windows, doors, etc…) and appliances.
Air Quality Testing … $50 per sample (min. of two required = $100 total)
This test provides a detailed report of airborne particles in the home, such as mold spores, pollen, asbestos fibers and other allergens.
Radon Test … $95
* The test is $80 when done in conjunction with a whole house inspection
This test will provide the radon level in the home (inspection requires 48 hours of continuous monitoring)
